Built for athletes chasing more pop
More lift. More burst. More confidence in your movement.
Athletes want to feel more spring in the legs, more power off the floor, and more burst in the first few steps.
They want training that feels connected to real athletic movement. Jump 99 Shoes are built around that pursuit.
Train for more pop
Work toward stronger takeoffs, more reactive movement, and the kind of explosiveness that shows up when you jump, cut, and accelerate.
Train with purpose
Every session should move you toward better athletic performance. These shoes give your explosive training a clear focus.
Why this kind of training matters
Explosive athletes train differently.
If you want to move faster, jump higher, and become more explosive, you have to train the right way.
Fast twitch muscle fibers are the muscles most associated with speed, power, and forceful athletic movement.
They are different from slow twitch muscle fibers, which are used more for endurance and longer-duration activity.
That is why explosive training feels harder and usually requires more recovery. But it is also why athletes use it
to build the kind of burst, lift, and strength that shows up when it matters most.
01
Speed
Train for sharper acceleration, quicker first steps, and more powerful movement.
02
Explosiveness
Build the kind of lower-body burst athletes rely on for jumping, reacting, and attacking.
03
Strength
Connect explosive training to stronger athletic action and more force in movement.
What comes with your order
More than shoes. A better start to your training.
When you order Jump 99 Shoes from HoopsKing, you also get the support materials that help you use them the right way.

Loading the hips, glutes and quads — where your speed comes from — trains real explosiveness off the line, without ever changing how you move.
Adjustable LoadDial It In: 10 to 15 lbs
Evenly distributed weight pockets adjust in ½-lb steps from a 10 lb base up to the 15 lb max — add resistance as you get stronger.
FrontBackSide
How It WorksSmart Overload, Easy On Joints
Removable weights drop into pockets along the sides of the shorts — sitting evenly over the muscles that produce speed and power. Your body adapts to the added load while it stays low-profile and close to your center of mass.
Targeted overload. Weight sits over the glutes, hips and quads that drive sprinting and jumping — so those muscles get stronger and more explosive.
Easy on the joints. The load is even and held tight to the body — none of the swinging, shearing stress ankle weights put on knees and ankles.
Every age, scalable. Adjust in ½-lb steps from 10–15 lbs, so youth through pro can train safely and progress over time.

20 Cone Agility Set
$14.99
Agility Cones for Speed & Agility Drills & Much More
The HoopsKing Agility cones basketball training equipment help develop great feet in your athletes and have many uses. You'll find these agility cones indespensible as a coach. You will use them for just about any basketball drill you will do with your team. Our agility cones are better than standard cones because they don't get knocked over and players can step on them without damaging them.
Use Agility Cones to Speed Up Teaching Your Offense
Teaching Offensive Spacing is key to running a successful offense. Use the agility cones to mark the spots on the court so your players keep proper spacing. For example, if you are teaching a 5 Out Pass & Cut Offense place 5 cones on the 5 spots and then put a 6th cone under the basket and make players step on it so they are cutting properly. Agility cones are good reminders for getting players to run your offense properly.
Another example would be a 3 out 2 In Zone offense where you have a high post and short corner. Typically the two inside players will go from high post to short corner. So place cones in those spots so that players learn where they are supposed to go in the offense. Using the agility cones as a visual refernence is a great way to speed up your team learning the offense.
Agility Cones for Improving Dribbling Skills
HoopsKing Agility Cones are great for dribble drills. Place the cones close together and have the players dribble in and out of the cones. This teaches your player to handle the basketball in tight and small spaces. They can also be used to mark the spots you want players to dribble to or around.
Agility Cones for 1 on 1 Drills
Agility cones are great markers to put on the court for one on one drills. One drill we really like is where there are two cones at the elbows and and offensive and defensive player underneath the basket. The offensive player will dribble around one cone and the defensive player has to run around the other cone. This is a great finishing drill and creates a game like drill for your players to improve their finishing skills.
Agility Cones for Agility Drills
Of course you can do agility drills with the cones and these cones are really good because if a player hits or steps on the cone you won't need to set it back up. There are many agility drills you can do on the court with your players.
You will receive 10 Black and 10 Orange agility cones.

Use for squats and lower-body strength
Train players to stay lower and attack harder
Add resistance to explosive jump work
Use for push-ups, shoulders, and upper-body reps
Skill Matters. But Athleticism Changes How the Game Feels.
A player can have solid skills and still struggle when the game gets faster, more physical, and more crowded. Stronger legs, better balance, more body control, and a quicker first step can make every skill feel easier to use.
Parents Notice When Their Player Looks a Step Slow
Maybe your player works hard, but still gets bumped off cuts, loses position on rebounds, or struggles to explode past a defender. P.R.O. Bands help make simple training more demanding so the body has to work with more intent.
Players Need Reps That Feel Different
Ordinary workouts can become too easy. Add resistance, and basic movements suddenly require more focus, stronger posture, better balance, and more effort through the entire rep.
Coaches Need Tools That Do Not Waste Practice Time
P.R.O. Bands are easy to bring out for stations, warmups, strength blocks, flexibility work, and athletic development without building an entire practice around one piece of equipment.
Why Players Train With Resistance
Make Strength, Quickness, and Explosive Movement Part of the Routine
These bands are built for basketball players who need more than casual reps. They help turn short workouts into focused, resisted training blocks.
01
Resisted First-Step Work
Add resistance to drive moves and change-of-direction work so players have to stay lower, lean into the move, and push harder through the floor.
02
Lower-Body Strength Training
Use P.R.O. Bands for squats, lunges, resisted jumps, and bodyweight strength sessions when a full weight room is not available.
03
Upper-Body and Core Work
Add resistance to push-ups, shoulder presses, thrusters, rows, and movement patterns that help players build stronger, more controlled bodies.
04
Flexible Training Anywhere
Keep bands in a gym bag, backpack, garage, training facility, or practice basket so serious reps are never limited to one location.
Choose Your Resistance
Pick the Band That Matches the Player and the Drill
Each P.R.O. Band is 41 inches long and comes in a different resistance level. Choose lighter resistance for younger athletes, upper-body work, and stretching. Choose heavier resistance for stronger athletes and lower-body explosiveness training.
Small Black
10–30 lbs. resistance
Best starting option for elementary to junior high athletes, lighter upper-body work, push-ups, shoulder presses, and stretching.
Medium Purple
30–50 lbs. resistance
Great for junior high, high school, and many female college players. Useful for explosive dribble work and all-around strength training.
Large Green
65–85 lbs. resistance
Best for stronger high school players and up. Ideal for lower-body strength, squats, and resisted athletic movement.
X-Large Blue
100–150 lbs. resistance

Basketball-Specific Training Ideas
Use It for the Athletic Movements Players Actually Need
P.R.O. Bands can fit into short home workouts, team stations, trainer sessions, warmups, and strength blocks without overcomplicating the workout.
Explosive Drive Work
Use around-the-waist resistance to help players practice attacking lower, pushing harder, and staying balanced through the first step.
Squats and Lunges
Add band tension to lower-body strength work so players can train legs, hips, posture, and control without needing machines.
Strength Circuits
Build simple circuits with push-ups, presses, rows, thrusters, and core work to keep players training with structure and purpose.
Who It Helps
Built for Players Who Need Better Reps Between Games
Parents cannot control the rotation. Coaches cannot personally develop every athlete every day. But better tools can help players train with more purpose when nobody is forcing them to.
For Parents Helping Their Player Get More Serious
P.R.O. Bands are easy to keep at home, in the garage, in a gym bag, or near the driveway. They give your player a simple way to train strength, quickness, mobility, and body control without needing a trainer every session.
Great for players who need to get stronger without waiting for the weight room.
Useful for short workouts before practice, after school, or on off days.
Helps parents support training without needing to design a complicated program.
For Coaches, Trainers, Camps, and Team Workouts
Coaches can use P.R.O. Bands for warmups, resisted movement, strength stations, flexibility work, and athletic development blocks that fit into existing practices.
Add resistance stations to practice without adding bulky equipment.
Use different resistance levels for youth, middle school, high school, and older athletes.
Keep training organized for camps, clinics, and small-group workouts.
Why This Beats Random Workouts
Give Players a Tool That Makes Training Feel More Serious
The goal is not just doing more exercises. The goal is doing better reps with enough resistance to force focus, posture, balance, and effort.
Ordinary Unstructured Workouts
Players often go through movements without enough challenge.
Workouts can become repetitive, casual, and easy to skip.
Home training can feel disconnected from basketball movement.
Strength work may be limited if there is no weight room access.
P.R.O. Bands Training
Adds resistance to basketball movement, strength work, and flexibility sessions.
Gives players a simple tool they can use almost anywhere.
Creates more focused reps in short workouts and team stations.
Offers multiple resistance levels so players can progress over time.

Instantly Get Quicker without Doing Speed & Agility Drills...by Moving More Efficiently
The Rip Quick Stick is the Constant Reminder for Players to Get Low
Before you spend a lot of time doing Speed & Agility workouts, make sure you are moving your body efficiently. Learning to move your body more efficiently is an instant way to become a quicker player either off the dribble or catch.
Ripping the Ball low keeps it away from the defense and puts you on the attack.
Sweeping the Ball on the Spindles provides an auditory reference that you are low enough
Get Players Lower without Constant Reminders
Let's be real...most players won't get low because it takes more effort. So how do you convince players to give more effort? With the Rip Quick Stick they can see the instant results from getting low and giving that extra effort.
All you have to do is use the Rip Quick Stick and show them how much further they can step by getting low which puts them by the defense that much quicker.
Now you could show them without the Rip Quick Stick but how do you get them consistently low rep after rep? That's where the Rip Quick Stick is invaluable because players will complete rep after rep correctly and make getting that low a new habit.
Reduce Turnovers by Being in Attack Position
Too many Youth through High School players aren't aggressive enough when catching the ball and the defense puts those players on their heels and immediately eliminate them as a scoring threat.
Training with the Rip Quick Stick puts players in a natural attack position on offense - Triple Threat. Use the Rip Quick Stick to work on multiple pivots and sweeps with the ball to get players to play with poise and use their feet to move the defense to create passing and driving lanes.
Add the Rip Quick Stick to your training arsenal and watch players get lower and:
Get by Defenders easier
Get more Fouls on Drives
Commit less Turnovers
Create Passing & Driving Lanes
Increase confidence with the ball

Weighted Vest FAQ
How much weight should I use in my weighted vest?
The amount of weight really varies depending on the activity you are doing.
Skill Work - For example, if you are doing basketball drills like dribbling up and down the court, you should use around 10% of your body weight in the vest. So if you weigh 150 lbs, 15 lbs in the vest would be about the right amount when doing skill work. You don't want to sacrifice form when using the weighted vest.
Exercise or Weight Training - When doing exercises such as pullups, squats, pushups, etc - you can add more weight to the vest as needed to provide the resistance you need to build strength.
Is a Weighted Vest good for walking?
Yes, wearing a weighted vest while walking will help you burn more calories while walking as well as building and toning your muscles more. It's a great way to get more fitness benefits out of walking - for any age.

How the Weighted Vest Works
Your body is acclimated to your weight, and burns calories based on weight, exercise, duration and intensity. As you add more weight to your body, more muscles are recruited to support the function of moving the added weight.
Consequently, more calories are burned to support the increased muscle action. A properly weighted vest can intensify any activity or exercise. By increasing your metabolic rate and causing you to burn more calories in the same amount of time as your usual workout, the SWAG Weight Vest can double your results, making any workout much more effective.
