To set the tone for a productive, hard-nosed day, incorporate a "Daily Vit Period" into the first 15 minutes.
Shell drills can be used to provide high-quality repetitions for offensive players
Individual defense fundamentals that contribute to a cohesive and tenacious team defense.
You will learn how to create a program that is successful by focusing on your players' skill development. This insider's view of Pat Baldwin's practice will show you drills to train shooting, finishing, drive, kick, team defense, and many other skills.
Position-Specific Drills
How can you help your team prepare for the scenarios they will encounter in games? Reinforcing skills that are relevant to the situations they will encounter in games is one of the best ways to help your players.
Learn how to teach your guards footwork and finishes using Baldwin's "daily vitamin" routine. Your guards will learn how to defend their dribble against pressure using the "Attack & RetreatÓ drill. They can also use different combinations of moves to re-attack. Three great post drills will help your players improve their skills in catching post feeds and duck-ins at rim.
Team Drills
Baldwin's team drills use the same approach - get your team ready in practice and they will perform well in games. Four drills can be run with the entire team to improve fundamental skills such as passing, catching in open court, pressure handling, and spacing on dribble penetration. The drill "One Minute Passing" teaches players how to pass and defend against aggressive denial defenses. This is a crucial skill that you should practice over and over again. Your team will need to be able to 'in the flowÕ in game situations late in the season and in games that are important at the end. The Speed drill is great for adding energy to your practices and working on your passing and finishing skills in your transition offense. The "Shock TherapyÓ drill is great for conditioning your players to play with power through contact on drives to basket. Whether you get them or not, it is important to prepare your players for those late game calls.
Shooting Drills
Baldwin encourages his players to practice game-like shots, repeating the same actions they will use in games. Perimeter players practice shooting motions in their offense, such as moving on drives, shaking off the corner on ball screens and running the floor during transition. Post players practice dribble handoffs. Baldwin will demonstrate a unique approach to dribble handoffs from the low posts towards the perimeter. Your team will reap the benefits of practice simulations that simulate a game before the game.
Defensive Staples
Your players must have the fundamentals right. Here's a look at how Baldwin's coaches develop great defense skills using a series of breakdown drills. The 2-on-2 drill teaches players how to properly position themselves as they move from their gap to the ball. Another drill teaches players to wall up in the paint and contest shots without fouling. Multiple progressions of the "Shell" drill allow you to defend multiple actions, such as flares, ball screens (dribble handoffs), pin screens, and exchanges. These actions can all be combined in one possession, which will make it difficult for your defenders and you to manage multiple actions. The practice ends when players must guard set plays in 5-on-5 half-court scrimmaging.
John Wooden was the one who coined the phrase "Failure of preparation is preparing for failure." This 'Open Practice" with Pat Baldwin will show you how a team and staff will demonstrate how a focus on practice and game simulation will lead to greater chances that each player will play at their best when they take to the court later in season.

John Becker
(Rental)-Half Court Defensive Essentials
$18.99
Half Court Defense
Modern basketball offenses now emphasize ball screens, dribble penetration, and perimeter shooting. In an effort to combat this trend, University of Vermont head coach John Becker presents his “Contain & Contest” defense, an adaptation of his man-to-man system. Becker is a four-time America East Conference Coach of the Year and has led Vermont to seven total - four regular season, three tournament – conference titles.
In this presentation, Coach Becker shares the essential teaching points and the eight practice drills needed to run the Contain & Contest defense. The defense is built upon a foundation of mastering closeouts, off-ball positioning, and fixing disadvantage situations.
Closeouts
The defense is based upon perfecting closeout technique. Coach Becker goes into detail on the fundamentals of great on-ball defenders – hand placement, foot angles, advancing/retreating on fakes. He demonstrates two drills to work on closeout technique.
Partner Closeouts: teaches players to break down in a proper on-ball defensive stance to cut off drives to the middle.
Four Spot Closeouts: players stop drives and then pressure the ball once it’s picked up.
Off-Ball Positioning in Half Court Defense
At Vermont, Coach Becker runs the Shell defense every day to master their man-to-man principles. The Shell Positional Drill helps players learn to deter dribble penetration while still pressuring passing lanes with the “50” position one pass away from the ball. You will also see how adjusting the weak side defender puts the player in a better position to assist on help rotations.
Scrambling
The best defenses are always prepared for the worst situations. When breakdowns occur, Coach Becker wants his players to have a solution. He presents four different drills that emphasize the importance of communicating, recognizing immediate threats, and making decisions. The Scramble Drill works on disadvantaged situations and teaches players their help rotations and recovery on kick-out passes.
Ball Screens
With the rise in the use of ball screens, Coach Becker wants his players to understand how to defend them. He shows you a strategy for defending side ball screens that teaches players to disrupt the path of the ball handler while still covering the screener on two- and three-man sides.
If your program is in need of upgrade to your man-to-man defense, Coach Becker has the answer for today’s most common offensive tactics. Rent this half court defense DVD today.

Vance Walberg: Half-Court Pressure Defensive System
Coach Walberg, the creator of the Dribble Drive Attack offense, completes his defensive system with this deep dive into his half-court defense. This presentation, along with his other DVD “Full Court Pressure Defensive System” offers coaches a complete defense to match up against today’s modern offenses.
Coach Walberg begins with a review of the basics of the full-court defense including key concepts like ball pressure, dividing the court into quarters, player assignments, and terminology. He then transitions to the half-court where he explains and demonstrates each player’s position and responsibility against the common 4-Out 1-In and 3-Out 2-In sets.
You will learn the essentials of how to play a high pressure half-court defense night after night. These essentials include:
Half-court terminology
Screen out responsibilities and drills
Defending the post
Handling the skip pass
Handling screens
Defending the pick and roll
Defending the dribble hand off or kick back
To master the half-court pressure defense, Coach Walberg shares a number of drills. In the Shell Drill, it starts versus a 4-Out or a 3-Out 1-In set. Communication and movement are stressed and Walberg then progresses into other drills such as the Paint Touch drill, Baseline Penetration drill, Middle Penetration drill, and Pick and Roll drill. Walberg uses a point system with nearly all of his drills to make them more competitive.
One of Walberg’s favorites is the Perfect 35 drill where a defense must top the offense for 35 seconds with no fouls, no offensive rebounds, no paint touches, and without giving up a score. This drill also uses a point system to make it more competitive. The drill is a great conditioner too.
Coach Walberg concludes the presentation with some game film examples of his defense in action. You’ll learn plenty from his commentary as he watches the film.
One of the game’s most innovative coaches, Walberg offers you the opportunity to implement his entire pressure defensive system by pairing this half-court defense video with his previous full-court presentation.

Snow Valley Basketball School Presents: Individual Defense Development
The Snow Valley Basketball Camp is one of the premier camps in the nation. The camp’s purpose is to help players develop their individual basketball skills in every area of the game. Players learn a proper defensive stance. They learn how to defend a down screen and are put through all sorts of drills designed to improve shooting, passing, dribbling, and more.
Former NCAA and NBA coach Tates Locke takes you through five different defensive sessions at the Snow Valley Basketball Camp. You will see and learn how players can improve their defensive game and develop a lock-down mentality on the floor. The stance, jumping to the ball, defending the pick and roll, and transition defense are all addressed by Coach Locke.
Defensive Stance
Defense starts with the feet. They are a defender’s greatest weapon and are what will get players to the next level. Coach Locke takes you through some basic defensive drills to build the foundation for playing lock-down defense.
On-Ball Defense: Ball & Wings
In a series of drills, players learn how to defend a man without the ball and then transition to defending the man with the ball. You will see how to defend the ball as soon as your man receives it. Using 1-on-1, 2-on-2, and 3-on-3 situations, Coach Locke teaches these concepts to help players take an offense out of its rhythm.
Off-Ball Defense
Coach Locke believes there are five core responsibilities to make you an effective off-ball defender. You will see how to contest screens, defend flashers, and how to defend wing to wing action. A complete defender plays good off-ball defense too.
Defending the Screen & Roll
Preventing mismatches is a big key in playing screen and roll defense. Learn to force ball handlers to pick up their dribble or to reverse it. Coach Locke emphasizes ball side and help side recognition using some variations of the Shell Drill. The drill works the communication angle as well as the ball-you-man triangle.
Transition Defense
One of the more difficult aspects of defense is playing in transition. Coach Locke puts campers through a series of drills that teach players to communicate, sprint to help, recover, and stop penetration and block out. Drills progress from 2-on-1 to 3-on-2, and 3-on-3 sets and eventually culminate in a 5-on-5 full court drill.
Snow Valley Basketball Camp is well known as one of the best for teaching the critical fundamentals of defense. In this 135-minute DVD, Snow Valley gives you an inside look at why the camp is so valuable.

(Rental)-Half Court Match Up Zone Defense
$18.99
Half Court Match-Up Zone Defense
The Match Up Zone Defense is a defense so unique opponents have a hard time figuring out what it is. If you long for a stifling defense that takes offenses completely out of their game, Coach Bill Evans’ video is for you. Coach Evans is the head coach at Idaho State and was previously the winningest head coach in Southern Utah history. While an assistant at Montana from 2007 to 2012, the Grizzlies led the conference in scoring defense every season.
This is one of the most in-depth videos on match-up defense ever produced. Coach Evans shares with you his experience with zone defense and how you can amp up the pressure on offenses with multiple traps and more.
Rules of the Match Up Zone Defense
Using both whiteboard diagrams and on-court demonstrations, Coach Evans reviews the rules of the zone defense. You will see the responsibilities for each player and how they rotate as the ball moves through the offense. Unlike most zone defenses, Coach Evans’ system makes it easier on guards so they are not trying to cover too much of the floor.
Coach Evans explains all of his terminology and court geography so your players can effectively communicate. You will also see how the match-up zone protects the paint and how the “middle man” protects the rim while also getting to the corner with the support of the “up men.”
Adjustments in the Match Up Zone Defense
As with any system, adjustments must be made to counter offenses and their schemes. Coach Evans shows you the most common scenarios that you will face and how to adjust your coverage. The “modify” adjustment is a technique to defend the skip pass, for example.
Coach Evans also goes over how his match-up zone defends ball screen, out of bounds plays, and how the defense can optimize your chance at getting rebounds. The defense is effective at nullifying dribble penetration and Evans presents multiple ways for defending the high post should an offense get the ball inside.
Disrupting Offenses with the Match Up Zone Defense
Where the match-up zone really gets crazy is when the pressure is turned up. Coach Evans shows you how you can really disrupt offenses with traps that can occur in multiple spots on the floor. You will see three different methods for trapping in the low post. The “Choke” and “Blitz” calls help to extend and cut off passing lanes. These are the types of adjustments that confuse offenses and result in turnovers.
Coach Evans includes three breakdown drills you can use to help install his defensive system. The drills help your players understand the different rotations and how to get to their spots as quickly as possible. This 94-minute video is an outstanding look at the match-up zone. Half Court Offense Drills - Principles and Actions
In today’s game of basketball, there is an emphasis on the up-tempo style of play. As opponents work to slow you down, teams must be able to win in the half-court offense. Bryan Petersen, head coach at Kirkwood Community College breaks down the finer points of his offense, which has been influenced by Creighton head coach Greg McDermott and Nebraska’s Fred Hoiberg.
Petersen won the 2016 and 2019 NJCAA DII national championships using an offense that incorporates spacing, ball movement, screening, timing, and shot selection into its half-court offense. In this half court offense drills video, Coach Petersen shows you how he does it.
Basic Motion Offense
Coach Petersen talks about proper spacing and describes that as at least 15 feet from your nearest teammate. To maintain maximum spacing, players have to learn how to respond to penetration. You will see players walk through dribble penetration movements while others react accordingly.
Spacing Drill
Spacing is important to any type of offense, but what makes Petersen’s offense different is the level of communication. Great teams communicate and Coach Petersen stresses it here making sure that his players talk while on offense.
Wing Continuity Ball Screen Offense
Cutting and filling open areas is important and Petersen builds off of these concepts incorporating ball screens from the wings. You will see Coach Petersen’s “20” wing ball screen continuity offense. The offense uses a 3-out 2-in set looking to create hard closeouts and produce middle penetration at the rim.
Coach Petersen shows you multiple options based on defensive adjustments. The offense is great for back-to-the-basket post players and there are options for the pick and pop post players. Petersen also throws in a couple of counters as defenses will eventually pick up on the offense’s pattern.
Half Court Offense Drills Breakdown
A variety of 3-on-0 drills are used to help promote strong continuity for the ball screen motion offense. Players run through various situations and adjustments. Coach Petersen incorporates more post touches and reactions in this series. Players work the 3-on-0 drills from different spots on the floor and also work on getting open when under pressure.
Set Plays
Coach Petersen also provides five set plays that are adjustments to what defenses try and do to the “20” offense.
1: Gets your shooter an open shot
25: Used against teams that hard hedge, this uses a back screen for your best finisher
Thumbs Up: Used against teams that switch ball screens, this can get a hot shooter an open look
Thumbs Down: Used to get a post touch
Cyclone and Cyclone Slip: A late-game, full-court set used to get a 3-point shot

Josh Gamblin: Half Court Sets for Must-Score Situations
Think of all the times your team needed points in a crucial situation. Down three in the final seconds. Down two with an opponent at the free throw line. Successful coaches are prepared for these situations, and many more. In this video, Mid-America Christian University head coach Josh Gamblin shares a piece of his playbook offering up 10-plus offensive sets to provide you with multiple scoring options in those clutch situations.
Gamblin was the Rawlings NAIA Division I Coach of the Year in 2016 after leading Mid-America Christian to the NAIA Division I national championship. Gamblin learned from one of the best when he served as a graduate assistant at Oklahoma under Lon Kruger. Now in his fourth season at MACU, Gamblin is nearing 100 career wins, which can be attributed to his motion offense.
In this 51-minute video, Gamblin goes through a number of ways he sets up and disguises plays that he likes to use in late-game situations when his team needs points. He shares several of those methods in this segment including options like dribble hand offs, weak side flare screens, elevator screens, double staggered screens, and pin downs. Each set play has a variety of options too and is designed to take advantage of your players’ skill sets.
4 C Series
Coach Gamblin presents his base 4-out series flowing from the primary break. He goes through the counters and other adjustments that can be made depending on what a defense does. Gamblin teaches multiple actions out of the 4-out including:
Get your best shooter open with a pick and pop with a strong 4 that can handle the ball or step outside and nail the 3-pointer.
Take advantage of a big wing that hit 3-pointers from anywhere.
Take advantage of an athletic 5 who has some shooting range and is able to score off the dribble after setting multiple screens.
5-Out Series
The wave of the future is the 5-Out series where players are positionless and can play anywhere on the floor. Using the 5-Out forces defenses to defend the entire floor giving your team the opportunity to:
Take advantage of your players’ individual abilities whether it be a post with long-range shooting ability or a big guard who can work in the post.
Use ball screens to post up your best player and create flare action for your best shooter.
Create mismatches off of a drive by your best ball handler or off a pin down for your best shooter.
With all of the counters and adjustments that Coach Gamblin provides, you will find any number of potential scoring plays that you can add to your offense. Coach Gamblin’s playbook rivals any big-time college program or even any NBA team’s best sets. With Gamblin’s help, you will leave opponents wondering what’s coming next!

Will Rey
(Rental)-Handling Defensive Pressure
$15.99
Handling Pressure - Defensive Drills
Northridge Prep (IL) head boys basketball coach Will Rey has turned his program into a champion with 265 wins and 12 championships in just 14 seasons. His player development skills are a big reason why. He shares his philosophy and drills in this video presentation.
Coach Rey discusses player development in three distinct categories:
Physical and athletic performance
Basketball-specific skills (dribbling, shooting, passing, footwork, etc.)
Mental attitude and fortitude
Controlling the Neutral Zone
The neutral zone is the area between the offensive and defensive player that belongs to neither individual. Whether on offense or defense, players must learn to control that neutral space. When they do, players instantly become more effective one-on-one offensive players. To teach this, Coach Rey emphasizes:
Being in a low, athletic stance
Moving the ball from side to side using the “U” concept
Moving your feet faster than your opponent by pivoting
Passing “through” the defense by attacking one of five passing zones
Staying “close to the floor” when being trapped in the neutral zone
Building on these, Coach Rey introduces the Lions in the Cage drill. Four players work the ball around the key versus two defenders. The goal of the drill is to control the neutral zone. You’ll see how to dribble into a pass and be aggressive on offense. There are also a series of trapping drills illustrated here to help players deal with pressure.
Progression Defensive Drills
Coach Rey uses a series of full-court drills that combine a variety of skills. This maximizes time and increases the intensity of each drill. To start, one offensive player goes against two defenders. Then is it 2-on-1, placing the defense at a disadvantage. The drill progresses from 1-on-2 to 2-on-1 to 3-on-2 and so on up to 5-on-4.
The keys in the Progression drills are positioning and spacing. Players learn how to defend at a disadvantage and offensive players learn how to attack weak spots of a disadvantaged defense. You’ll see how to make cuts to get ahead of a trap situation and how to move the ball forward instead of backward against pressure.
If your team loses its space and gets overwhelmed by pressure, Coach Rey’s presentation is for you. After using these drills and techniques, you will find your team beating pressure and wreaking havoc on opponents. Rent this defensive drills DVD today.
Brad Underwood
(Rental)-Hard Nosed High Intensity Basketball Practice
$18.99
Intense Basketball Drills - Training for Toughness – Hard-Nosed, High-Intensity Practice
Illinois head coach Brad Underwood has built programs well-known for their toughness and grit. While at Stephen F. Austin and Oklahoma State, Underwood went to four straight NCAA tournaments and garnered a number of Coach of the Year awards. Using the spread motion offense and a high-pressure defense, Underwood-coached teams are tough to beat on any given night.
In this intense basketball drills video, you will get an inside look at a full practice at Illinois. Underwood explains how he and his staff install the motion offense as well as the transition defense.
Intense Basketball Drills for Defense
For Underwood, defense is all about hard work. He presents a number of drills to teach defensive fundamentals like up-the-line and on-the-line defense. Players work to influence the ball to the sideline in 3-Line Closeouts. Here, Underwood teaches players to use a big first step to defend an attacker instead of taking a small false step.
To teach Ball Screen Defense, Coach Underwood uses a continuous 2-on-2 drill to teach players to force everything to the left. Underwood’s teams use a hard hedge and ice the ball handler so they can attack dribblers. This forces teams to prepare for multiple types of ball screen defense.
Coach Underwood uses the Shell Drill to teach defensive rotation and help-side defense. Starting with 3-on-3, Underwood progresses to 5-on-5 where he teaches baseline rotation, ball screen rotation, and shrinking the court by forcing everything left.
To finish up the defensive portion of the video, Coach Underwood goes through his 1-2-2 full-court press. The idea is to force deflections and wear down an opponent’s offense. Underwood sets a goal of 35 deflections per game to force opponents into making bad passes.
Intense Basketball Drills for Offense
Coach Underwood then takes you through how he puts in the spread motion offense. Through a series of drills, you will see how players master attacking the rim off the ball screen or over-closeout. The Quick 3 Drill is used to stress putting pressure on opposing defenses. The focus is on getting defensive rebounds and then pushing the ball up the floor within seven seconds in an attempt to score.
The 2-Man Game drill puts guards and posts working together to get downhill off of a ball screen in the half-court. In 5-on-0, Coach Underwood teaches the flow of the offense and how to work ball reversals. This also puts pressure on opponents.
Coach Underwood’s philosophy is to also put pressure on the opponent and he does so by creating a culture of toughness. His teams put the program ahead of themselves and you will see that in this video. With well over two hours of content, you will get an inside look at Underwood’s offensive system as well as how they play tough, hard-nosed defense. Rent this Intense Basketball Drills DVD today.
Fran Fraschilla
(Rental)-Hard To Guard Two Man Actions
$15.99
Hard to Guard 2 Man Action Basketball
Teach your offense to score quickly and easily using these deadly two-man offensive strategies from ESPN International Basketball Analyst Fran Fraschilla. Coach Fraschilla, who spent time at Manhattan College, St. John’s, and the University of New Mexico, brings his wealth of experience to the court to break down offense into a two-man system that allows players to read a screen and take what the defense gives.
Fraschilla teaches a number of options off of down screens, pick and roll actions, and rip actions. You will find that this is an excellent presentation for improving a player’s offensive basketball IQ.
Down Screen Series
One of the easiest 2 man action basketball is the simple post down screen. Coach Fraschilla shows a variety of options you can use to score against any type of man-to-man defense. You will see how to curl for a jump shot or layup, how to slip to get a look for your post players, and how to fade for a baseline jumper or post pass for an easy basket.
Side Pick and Roll Series
If you struggle trying to score against good defenses, Coach Fraschilla provides an alternative scoring action that can scramble the entire defense, not just the defenders involved in the two-man action. You will be walked through the side pick and roll series and then Fraschilla demonstrates the pick and roll, pick and pop, pick and slip, and the pick and reject.
Rip Series
You’ll see a number of scoring options using the Rip series that allows players to catch the ball on the wing and then attack when the defense is late to closeout. You will see how to attack the basket using a rip and go, rip and slip, rip and drive baseline, and a rip and elbow jumper for the post player. There is also a demonstration of a re-screening action to get your best shooters open against really good defenders.
Learning to be unselfish in the two-man game is as important as looking to score for yourself. This is a great presentation for coaches looking to teach their players how to play off screens and create better scoring opportunities for everyone. Rent this 2 man action basketball DVD today.
Harry Perretta
(Rental)-Harry Perretta's 5 Out Motion Offense Vol. 2
$17.99
Harry Perretta’s 5-Out Motion Offense, Volume 2
Building on the original “5-Out Motion Offense” video, Villanova University women’s basketball coach Harry Perretta presents Volume 2 where he has taken the 5-Out offense and brought it to a new level with the following additions:
Dribble drive action
Reverse Curl action
More movement on the perimeter by the 4 and 5
Flare and Slip screens with non-stop action
Dribble action to improve the passing angles to post players
The Breakdown of 5-out Motion Offense
In this updated presentation, Coach Perretta lays out the entire offense and explains what is new. It begins with a series of seven different cuts all called by number. In a 5-on-0 setting, Coach Perretta goes through each cut and how to teach it to your players.
Sideline Plays
Next, Coach Perretta shows you how to call plays from the sideline without using a timeout. He takes you from 5-on-0 to 3-on-3 and, ultimately, 5-on-5 to build your knowledge of the system so you will be able to implement it into your program with little trouble.
Dribble Drive
You will see how the offense morphs right into the dribble drive action. Players come off screens or cuts and use the dribble drive element to force defenders to help on the ball handler. The help defense opens up shots on the perimeter.
Coach Perretta also shows you how the motion offense concepts he teaches can be used as secondary break options. Players run the fast break and jump right into quick plays using Coach Perretta’s unique numbering system. This way, players don’t have to learn a fast break, a secondary break, and set plays. This frees up practice time to focus on other areas.
Coach Perretta’s 5-Out Motion offense is extremely hard to scout and can level the playing field when taking on more athletic teams. Use this video to install the entire system or just to add some of the concepts to your existing offense. It’s an offense that helped Coach Perretta to nearly 800 career wins and the most in the history of Villanova basketball, men’s or women’s. Rent this 5-out motion offense DVD today.
Harry Perretta
(Rental)-Harry Perretta's Unscoutable Zone Offense
$17.99
Villanova Unscoutable Zone Offense, Volume 2
Villanova University women’s head basketball coach Harry Perretta has accumulated over 750 wins in his illustrious career thanks, in part, to an offense that is simply unscoutable. Perretta, who became Villanova’s coach at age 22, has spent his entire career perfecting an offense that exploits gaps in any zone defense. Over 40-plus years, Perretta’s scheme has evolved into a continuity zone offense that does not rely on patterns and is extremely unpredictable.
In this Villanova Unscoutable Zone Offense video, Coach Perretta takes you on the court to demonstrate this concept-based offense. The offense gives players the freedom and responsibility to adjust and attack based upon a distinct concept. Play can start from any position against any defense and be adjusted at any time. Each position does have some rules in terms of location, spacing, and movement; but the offense centers around players’ strengths.
Because of the offense’s flexibility, Coach Perretta does emphasize having a team leader in a specific role. The leader helps to determine the style and effectiveness of your team’s version of Coach Perretta’s offense.
Villanova Unscoutable Zone Offense Player Roles
Perretta then explains the roles of additional players such as the baseline player, the designate flasher, and the perimeter players. Normally, the offense starts in some form of a high-low setup to stress the defense and create some gaps to attack. Coach Perretta breaks down how the perimeter players are to keep the floor spaced while also providing a pass and fill mentality.
What makes zone offenses hard to defend is inside-out ball and player movement. The flasher works from inside-out to create holes for the post player who can also pass out to perimeter players. This provides both inside and outside scoring opportunities.
The beauty of Coach Perretta’s zone offense is that it can be initiated from any spot on the floor and can adjust to any zone defense – 2-3, 1-3-1, or 3-2. Perretta also covers how to customize the offense by adding some of your own favorite elements like pick and rolls and back screens.
Coach Perretta ends the presentation with two sets: Strong and Weak Wave. These are used to force a defense into specific looks. All in all, Coach Perretta’s offense is one that cannot be scouted, is difficult to defend, and can score against zone defense in the nation. Rent the Villanova Unscoutable Zone Offense DVD today.
