HoopsKing.com does not offer returns or refunds on custom apparel orders.

Our custom apparel is specifically designed and produced for each customer, team, or organization. 

 

Since every order is made to your exact specifications, we are unable to provide refunds for custom apparel.

1. general

Terms and Conditions:

This is a non-refundable custom apparel order.


The average production turnaround time is 20–25 business days.

 

For rushed production, the turnaround time is 15–18 business days.

 

By completing your payment, you agree to our No Refund & No Returns policy.

We strongly recommend ordering a custom sample of your designed apparel to review the overall look and ensure it meets your expectations. Once an order is confirmed and placed without a custom sample, HoopsKing.com is not responsible for any dissatisfaction the customer may experience.

2. sizing

Our sizing charts can be found at www.hoopsking.com/sizing. All products are manufactured according to these measurements with a tolerance of +/-10%. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size. Sizing should not be based on free samples provided unless you’ve paid for a sizing kit or received a custom sample.

3.  colors

Colors for your custom apparel are based on the Pantone color codes specified in your design or the closest match available. These codes are always displayed in your artwork. If you require specific color codes, they must be provided to us during the design process. Please note that color shades may vary slightly due to fabric type, GSM, and other printing variables. Refunds for color discrepancies will only be considered for major errors (e.g., Navy instead of Sky Blue).

4. design & graphics

Our design previews represent the general appearance of your custom apparel. While we strive to match the design as closely as possible, placement, logo sizes, numbers, and graphic details must be explicitly noted and confirmed in the design template. Refunds will not be issued for design variations unless a significant error is made.

5. turnaround time

The standard production turnaround time is 20–25 business days (4–5 weeks), starting once designs, sizes, numbers, and payment are confirmed. Rush orders are available with a turnaround time of 15 business days, subject to a rush charge. Please note that shipping delays (FedEx, DHL, UPS) are beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Refunds for late orders are not offered, but rush fees will be refunded if the rush timeline is missed.

6. canceled orders

Orders begin production as soon as payment is received unless otherwise agreed upon. If an order is cancelled, a cancellation fee will be applied to cover expenses, based on the following structure:

  • 1–2 days: 15%
  • 3 days: 25%
  • 4 days: 35%
  • 5–7 days: 50%
  • 8+ days: 100%

7. return policy

Issues with orders (e.g., design errors, misspelled names, missing items, rips/tears) must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Visual proof is required to process any claims. Replacement items typically take 15 business days to produce after the issue is investigated and approved.%

8. warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty for all custom apparel, starting from the delivery date. Items with defects or damages (e.g., rips) will be replaced free of charge with proper documentation, including photos. After 30 days, we are no longer liable for any issues.

9. add on policy

 

  • A 25% charge applies for orders of fewer than 10 pieces if the client has previously ordered at least 10.
  • A 40% charge applies for orders of fewer than 10 pieces if no prior order of 10+ items exists.

10.  rush order policy

A minimum rush fee of $350 or 20% (whichever is higher) applies for expedited orders. The turnaround time for rush orders is 15 business days from the day the order is placed. Rush fees are fully refunded if the rush timeline is not met.

11. duties & taxes

For international orders, duties and taxes are the client’s responsibility. These fees may be invoiced before or after delivery. We primarily ship via FedEx, UPS, and DHL. For further details, refer to their respective policies.
