The Handle the Rock Beginner video features 3 real-time dribbling workouts that you do right along with the video. No guessing on what drills to do, how long to do them, etc. These are dribbling drills for beginners who need to build a foundation of dribbling and ball handling skills. Most of the drills are stationary and towards the end of each workout there are on the move drills too. Each workout lasts around 12 minutes so they are the perfect length for the beginner dribbler to start out with.
Evaluation sheets are included on the DVD that can be printed off so you can test your child to see if the can "pass" each workout. If you order the download version of the video you will be given a link to download the workout sheets. This will give beginning dribblers a goal to achieve while they do their dribbling practice.

Streets to the Courts is one of the first DVDs we produced and it is still the best dribble moves video I've seen. Jason did such a tremendous job in breaking down each move and then building up to learning the moves so it becomes easier to actually learn them with good fundamentals. One mistake we made was calling it "Streets to the Courts" as I think that scared off some people thinking it was a streetball video. We renamed it Encyclopedia of Dribbles moves because that better reflects the content of the video. I always recommend this video to anyone who has a guard who wants to really get into beating their man off the dribble. It's a great video and I highly recommend it.
