I am Terri Anne, an adult female and I have been practicing P90X workouts for some time now, I was looking for ways to take my workouts to the next level. I have found that incorporating weighted gloves into the Cardio X routine has been an effective way to increase the intensity of my workouts and make more gains in my overall fitness.


The Cardio X workout is a high-energy, full-body routine that combines cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises. Adding weighted gloves to the routine increases the resistance and challenges the muscles, helping to build strength and endurance.
