22 Q&A 5:18Guy Baker is the Director of Olympic Development of USA Water Polo. He was previously the Head Coach of the Women's USA Olympic Water Polo Team. During that tenure, he led the team to win 3 Olympic medals: in 2000 Silver, in 2004 Bronze, and in 2008 Silver. This resulted in him becoming one of the greatest Water Polo Coaches in the world and becoming inducted into the USA Water Polo Hall of Fame.�
Before coaching Olympic teams, he was the head coach for the men and women water polo teams at UCLA. While he coached them, he won multiple national championships with them.
