How long does it take to receive our mat after ordering?

The current lead time is 4 to 6 weeks on SWAG mats.

What kind of artwork do I need for my mat?

Vector artwork will be needed which is typically an SVG or EPS file.  A very high quality png file may be used as well.  If there are any issues with your art after placing the order we will contact you.  You can also email us your art before ordering if you want us to checkit.  Just email support@hoopsking.com

What is your cancellation policy?

Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled once it is in production.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, we do accept purchase orders via emai at support@hoopsking.com

Will you send a proof for this product?

Yes, this product will require approval from you before it goes to production.  We will use the design you create online but will still send one final proof for this product so you can rest assured you will get what you see on the screen.
