Our online design tool allows customers to design products in 3D, enabling immediate visualization. For some products, we will send a final proof for customer approval before production. For lower-cost items, we typically will not send a proof and will print your design as submitted online.
Changes to Orders:
Once an order has been confirmed, changes may only be made if the order has not gone to production. After this period, no modifications or cancellations can be made. Additional charges may apply for revisions requested after design approval.
3. Custom Dry Erase Coaching Boards Disclaimer
Our custom dry erase coaching boards are designed as visual representations of sports fields and courts and are not guaranteed to be exact scale replicas. The markings, such as lines and dimensions (e.g., the three-point line on a basketball court), may differ slightly from actual sports field dimensions. These boards are intended solely for diagramming plays and instructional purposes.
We will not replace or refund a board if a customer claims the markings are not perfectly scaled to real-world dimensions. The boards are fully functional for coaching and play diagramming purposes, and we do not advertise them as precision replicas of official sports surfaces. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.
4. Production and Delivery Timeline
At HoopsKing.com, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom products in a timely manner. Please review the following guidelines regarding production and delivery timelines:
Production Time:
The production timeline for custom products begins once we have received your final design approval and confirmation of all order details. Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the product and the size of the order. Standard production time is typically 7 to 10 business days, but this may be extended during peak periods or for highly customized orders. We will notify you of the estimated production time when confirming your order. Larger items typically take longer to produce and can require up to 4 weeks or more.
Estimated Delivery:
We provide an estimated delivery date for your custom order, but this is only an estimate and not a guarantee. We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
Delivery Terms:
After production is complete, your order will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected and your location. Standard delivery times typically range from 2 to 5 business days. We will provide tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs:

In the event that you receive a product that you believe to be defective or incorrect due to a mistake made by HoopsKing.com, we will take the following steps:
Initial Troubleshooting:
If you report a defect, such as an issue with the dry erase functionality (e.g., ink not erasing properly), we may provide troubleshooting steps for you to try first. This could include specific cleaning methods, recommended markers, or other instructions to determine whether the issue can be resolved without a replacement.
Return for Inspection:
If the issue persists after completing the troubleshooting steps, we may require you to return the product to us for further inspection to confirm whether it is defective. HoopsKing.com will pay the shipping cost to have the board sent back to us. If the product is determined to be defective after our inspection, we will:
Offer a replacement of the product at no additional cost, or
Provide a full refund upon return of the defective product.
Non-Defective Products:
If the product is found to be functioning correctly and the issue is determined to be due to user error or misuse, no replacement or refund will be provided. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellations:
Custom orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once your design proof is approved and production has started, cancellations are no longer permitted. If a cancellation is requested before production, a cancellation fee of 15% of the total order may apply to cover any preliminary costs.

Artwork and Design Requirements:
Quality of Submitted Artwork: Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted files meet the necessary specifications for printing (e.g., resolution, format). HoopsKing.com is not responsible for issues resulting from low-quality files.
Compliance with Guidelines: All submitted artwork must comply with our design guidelines. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in delays or additional charges.
Approval of Proofs:
Design Proofs: For lower-cost products, customers design their items online using our 3D tool. No additional proofs will be sent, and production will proceed based on the final design submitted.
Final Proof for Other Products: For larger or more complex custom products, we will provide a final digital proof before production. Customers must thoroughly review the proof for accuracy.
Final Approval: Once the proof is approved, production will proceed. HoopsKing.com is not liable for any errors present in the approved proof or submitted design.
Accurate Information:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, including shipping address, contact details, and product specifications. Errors resulting from incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
We aim to provide high-quality products, but due to the custom printing process, certain variations may occur.
Color Discrepancies:
Colors displayed on digital screens may not match printed products due to differences between RGB and CMYK color models. If exact colors are required, please provide Pantone codes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any disputes will be resolved in Iowa state or federal courts.
