Flex Offense Spacing
One of the big things Williams stresses is proper spacing and positioning on the floor. You will see how Williams teaches both as well as how to use on-ball and off-ball movement and how to perfect perimeter and post-entry passing. There is a section involving screens, basket cuts, and post flashes all of which must be perfected to run an effective Flex offense.
Williams will then take you through a number of Flex Offense sets and special plays that you can use to beat any defense. These sets and plays are designed to create scoring opportunities against man-to-man, pressure defense, and defenses that switch. Coach Williams also shows you how to combat the different defenses that you will see using the Flex.
