Step 1: Pick a design or start from your own art
Start from one of our ready-made designs, or choose "your own" and build from your logo or artwork. Swap any design color to match your team colors.
Step 2: Add the name, number and photo
Type the player name, team name and number, pick a font, and upload a player photo or team logo (JPG, PNG, SVG, PDF, EPS or AI). Design the front and the back.
Step 3: Spin it in 3D, then add it to your cart
Turn the tag 360 degrees in the live 3D preview to check both sides, download a copy if you want one, and add it to your cart. There is no minimum, so one tag is a complete order.
Custom sports bag tags for every team

Custom bag tags for the whole team
Every tag is designed on its own, so each player gets their own name, number and photo. To keep the whole team matching:
Step 1: Build the first tag
Set the design, team colors, team name and logo on the first player's tag.
Step 2: Save it as a template
Turn on "Save as a template" in the designer to reuse that branding on the next tags and on future orders.
Step 3: Change the name and number for each player
Swap in each player's name, number and photo and add each tag to your cart. Late roster additions can order the same design later.

Is there a minimum order for custom bag tags?
No. You can order a single custom bag tag, or one for every player on the team.
How long do custom bag tags take?
Current lead time is about 2 weeks. For a team gift or a season-end banquet, order at least 2 weeks ahead.
What size are the bag tags?
The double sided rectangle tag is 2.75 x 4 in. The round acrylic tag is 4 in. across.
Can I put a player photo or team logo on the tag?
Yes. Upload a photo or logo in the designer (JPG, PNG, SVG, PDF, EPS or AI). You can also add a player name, team name and number.
Are both sides printed?
Yes. Both tags are printed in full color on the front and the back, and you design each side in the designer.
Can I see my bag tag before I order?
Yes. The designer shows a live 3D preview you can spin 360 degrees to check both sides, and you can download a copy of your design before you add it to your cart.
Will the tag hold up outdoors?
The rectangle tag is fiberglass reinforced plastic with a UV-resistant top coat, so the print stays bright in the sun. The round tag is weatherproof acrylic.
How does the tag attach to a bag?
Each tag comes with a bag tag loop. The rectangle tag ships with a clear loop.
Can we reorder the same design next season?
Yes. Save your design as a template in the designer and reuse that branding on future orders.
