Accessibility at HoopsKing

HoopsKing is committed to making our website and shopping experience usable by everyone, including people who rely on keyboards, screen readers, and other assistive technology. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and accessibility work here is ongoing — we review the site regularly and fix issues as we find them.

Recent improvements

Our 3D product design tool (the customizer used for coaching boards and other custom gear) was updated in September 2026 with full keyboard operation: the designer opens as a proper dialog, keyboard focus moves into it and back to the button that opened it, every step and control is reachable and operable by keyboard (including arrow-key navigation between sections), and screen readers are told what each control is and does. We have also improved labels, focus visibility, and keyboard navigation across the storefront.
