College Basketball Practice One
It all starts with the basics as the Practice one begins in the Wake Forest coaching system. They focus on both the parts on offense and on the defense equally. In the Hurricane Drill, the Wake Forest coaching staff will make sure that the team gets plenty of shots. Multiple basketball will be used also in the fast-paced transition shooting drill. On the other hand, when it comes to the offense, the teams will be divided into guards and post players for skill development drills. The front pivots and reverse pivots scoring is handled by forwards. While the guards will work on coming off ball screens and pin downs.
