Your player photo, ready for your design.
We remove the background from your player photo and return a transparent PNG you can upload into your bag-tag design.
$10 per photo. Set the quantity to the number of photos you want prepared. For example, 3 photos = quantity 3 = $30 before any applicable tax. Bag tags are purchased separately.
Complete this step before ordering your tags
- Order your photo cutouts. Purchase this service separately before completing your tag designs.
- Send your original photos. After checkout, email the full-resolution files to support@hoopsking.com. Put “Player Photo Cutout” and your order number in the subject. Name each file with the player's name and identify the player if a photo includes other people. If attachments are too large, send a private download link in the email.
- Receive your prepared files. We remove the background, check the edges and email your transparent PNG files to the email address used for your order. This is a manually completed service, not an instant download.
- Design and order your tags. Check the returned files, upload them into your design, then place your bag-tag order.
What is included
Background removal for one player in each purchased photo and delivery of that player's cutout as a transparent PNG. The fee is per source photo, not per tag; you can reuse the delivered file in your designs.
This service does not include editing a submitted tag order, building your tag design, changing a uniform or restoring detail in a blurry photo. Please wait for your finished PNG before ordering tags.
Send a photo that gives the best result
- Use the original high-resolution camera file, not a screenshot or social-media download.
- Choose good lighting and a sharp, in-focus face. Leave room around the head and shoulders.
- A plain background should contrast with the player's uniform, hair and skin. Avoid photographing a white uniform against a white wall.
Background removal cannot restore missing detail. Final image quality depends on the original photo. If you need the files for a specific date, contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
Digital service only. No physical item is shipped. Already have a suitable transparent PNG? You do not need this service.
