In three seasons as head coach, Kramer coached his athletes to 12 individual conference champions, earn 60 All-Conference awards, and break 27 school records. Kramer, who has over 15 years of collegiate coaching experience, has had athletes in the hurdle events set 23 school records, 19 individual conference champions, 30 conference runner-up finishes, 140 conference scorers, 7 NCAA participants, 5 All-Americans, 2 Drake Relay Champion Shuttle Hurdle Relays, and 1 Deaflympic World Championship medalist in 400H.
