PCAP permanent corner covers, also called P-CAPS, are Fisher Athletic's wood backed covers for the corners of dugout and guard rails. They are sealed on 3 sides with the 4th side attached to the rail, fit standard 2 to 3 inch rails, use 2 inch polyfoam under 18 oz coated vinyl, and are made to your sizes.

Each cover is wood backed and covered in 18 oz coated vinyl over 2 inch polyfoam.
