Description
How you move your feet is how you position yourself for success. Hesitation and Changing direction are the focus of these footwork drills. It is important to be nimble and have quick movement both laterally and vertically. Increasing the ease of creating space or maintaining a strong defensive position when responding to a dodge are just some of the results that will come from this course. These drills offer plenty of different ways to improve the knowledge of body movement. The different types of drills can look like skipping, short sprints, shuffles and so much more.
All a player needs is some field space, a footwork ladder and your two legs. The drills are far more entertaining with a friend, so bring a buddy and come ready to work. This can all be done anywhere you have space and the more frequently you practice these drills. So what are you waiting for ??? Get those feet MOVING1 L Drill Race 0:55
