Plan for the Wind
A windscreen adds wind load to your fence. Consider post depth, post and wire gauge, cement, and wind direction along with the wind passthrough of the mesh you choose. Leaving a few inches of open space at the bottom of the fence aids wind flow, and a lacing lip is recommended for mesh screens over 6' high.
