How old do you have to be to use Jump 99 Shoes?

How long are the workouts and how many days a week?
The average workout will be around 30 minutes long. You should do the program now more than 3 days a week with 48 hour rest periods in between workouts.
Can I play games in the Jump 99 shoes?
You should not play games with the Jump 99 shoes on. Stick to the workout plan when using the shoes. If you want to walk around in the shoes you can do that just be sure to be on a flat surface like you would train on.

The LockDown Lateral Resistance Bands for Ankles & Thighs are very popular with our customers. When we set out to design the bands, we wanted something that was well made and more useful than most products like this on the market. You can buy lateral bands at the big box stores but you can't change the resistance on them. The one band they come with is built in. Once you can easily do that one band there is no use for the product. Also, with most of those you have to be about 6'5" to get any resistance as the bands are way too long on those products.
So we wanted a product that you could change the resistance on and give you enough bands that the product is useful for a youth player to a pro player. Our bands also have metal clips. Most of these types of products on the market are made with cheap plastic clips that you know will break if you really use them for very long.
The next thing we wanted to do was make them useful beyond lateral movement so they had to fit on the thighs as well. This opens up many more possibilities of using the bands vs. just wearing them around your ankles. I personally like to use them when working out to make by BeachBody workouts like P90X, T25, Beast, and others more difficult. T25 with these bands are great. I tried some of those bands that do not have straps and those quickly ride up on you and don't work. With the straps, everything stays in place while working out. So the bands are functional in any sport and area of fitness you want to use them.

You actually have a much better chance than 3% of earning a college scholarship. Here's the fallacy in this statement: It assumes every kid that plays high school basketball as a senior is on equal footing of earning a scholarhip.
Let's face it, most seniors in high school never put in the required work year after year to get their game to a level that could earn a scholarship. They don't have the desire. And not every high school senior wants to play college basketball. It's been estimated that 20% of high school players want to play in college. So the pool of actual players competing for a scholarship as a senior is much smaller than you would think.
Now if you are a player with a plan and have great trainers and coaches in your corner, your odds will be much better than 3%. More like 10%. Still not easy, but much better than 3%. You have to want it and earn a scholarship. The process of earning a scholarship is an investment. It's an investment of your time, money, & effort to achieve.

What Age Should You Start Basketball Training?
Many players start playing basketball in the early elementary years and some are playing seriously as young as third grade in year around AAU programs. While playing helps you understand and learn the game, training on your own is important in developing your skills which will help you perform at a higher level in games.
Think about it, how much does any one player have the ball in a game? Not much. The other team has the ball half the time and then split the ball by 5 players on a team and you aren't going to get enough reps in a game - even if you played 100 games a year - to significantly improve your skills.
