After all three: order paid, roster saved in My Locker, and official mockup approved.
We then send one final proof. Reply within 3 days to keep delivery on track. No reply after 3 days adds a one-day delay.
We strongly recommend adding your cell number for order texts and proof reminders.
What will it feel like to play in?

How do we choose each player’s size?
Use this product’s size chart and measure each player; do not rely on their usual T-shirt size. Save their selected size, name and number in My Locker.
Where do I request a quote?
Use AI Creator to create your design and get your team quote. You can order there when you are ready.
Can I order without waiting for a quote?
Yes. If you are ready, you can order at the first step. You still need your roster in My Locker and your official mockup approved before the delivery clock starts.
Do I have to buy uniforms to use My Locker?
No. Organize multiple rosters and download them in a spreadsheet without ordering from HoopsKing.
Is the AI Creator design the official mockup?
Your AI design is the starting concept. We create an official mockup from it for you to review and approve. After payment, roster and official approval are complete, we send one final proof.
Does paying start my delivery clock?
Payment is one requirement. Your roster must also be saved in My Locker and your official mockup approved. All three must be complete.
What happens if I miss the final proof?
Reply within 3 days so the final proof does not slow delivery. No reply after 3 days adds a one-day delay. Add your cell number so we can text you about order updates.
