We then send one final proof. Reply within 3 days to keep delivery on track. No reply after 3 days adds a one-day delay.
We strongly recommend adding your cell number for order texts and proof reminders.

Is the AI Creator design the official mockup?
Your AI design is the starting concept. We create an official mockup from it for you to review and approve. After payment, roster and official approval are complete, we send one final proof.
Does paying start my delivery clock?
Payment is one requirement. Your roster must also be saved in My Locker and your official mockup approved. All three must be complete.
What happens if I miss the final proof?
Reply within 3 days so the final proof does not slow delivery. No reply after 3 days adds a one-day delay. Add your cell number so we can text you about order updates.
