Can I see a proof of my design before it's printed?

We do not send a proof of your design as the best represenatation of your board is the 3D design tool.  You can also will out the form to receive a brochure which will send you a PDF of your design and have a link to a 3D preview of your board.

What kind of file should I use for my team logo?

For the sharpest possible print, a vector file (SVG) is best. But don't worry if you don't have one—we are here to help. Send us the highest quality logo file you have (PNG or JPG), and our team of experts will work with it to ensure your board looks professional and impressive.

How do I customize my clipboard?

Use our interactive 3D design tool to upload your logo, select colors, and preview your clipboard in real time. You’ll see exactly what it looks like before you order.  Just click on the green  Customize Me buttons to get started.

How does shipping work for such a large item?

We take protecting your investment seriously. Every large board is securely packaged and shipped via a dedicated freight truck service, not a standard parcel carrier. This specialized handling ensures your board is protected from damage and arrives at your facility safe and sound, ready for game day.

Do you accept Purchase Orders from schools?

Absolutely. We work with schools and districts all the time and are happy to accommodate your purchasing process. Simply email us  your official PO at support@hoopsking.com to get the process started. We make it easy and seamless.

What sizes do you have available?

9 x 15.5, 12 X 18, 23 X 18, and our Pro Custom Boards which are 16 3/4"x 12 3/4.  We also sell wall mounted boards from 24" x 18" all the way up to 8' x 4'.

Can I use regular magnets on the board?

Our handheld boards are not magnetic. 

What’s your return policy on custom items?

Because each clipboard is custom-made to your design, we do not accept returns on custom orders. If we make a mistake, we’ll fix it at no cost to you. But if the error was in the design you submitted or approved (such as a logo or text issue), a new order would need to be placed. Please double-check your design before finalizing.

What if my clipboard arrives damaged?

If your board is damaged during shipping, we’ll replace it—fast. But please don’t throw away the packaging. To process your replacement, we need clear photos of both the damaged clipboard and the original packaging it came in. Shipping damage is rare, but if it happens, we’ll make it right—as long as we have the images we need.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
