ACEGRIPZ is the newest, most effective way to increase strength and exit velocity — every handle type and every size, on one page.
Open the grip at the slit, slide it onto the handle of your bat, and swing. ACEGRIPZ works because it concentrates on the muscles in your fingers, wrists and forearms that have not been used before — the ones that actually control the barrel.
Handles on baseball and softball bats are very similar in size, so those muscles become accustomed to one handle diameter. ACEGRIPZ changes the diameter and forces them to work.

- Anyone may use any size. The chart is a suggested starting point, not a rule.
- When in doubt, choose the smaller size.
- As your grip strength improves, move up a size to keep challenging yourself.
