Volume pricing: the per-bag price steps down as your order grows, with tiers at 8–25, 26–50, 51–100, 101–250, 251–500, 501–1,000, and 1,001 and up. Live pricing is shown above.
Shipping and lead time: backpacks ship at a flat rate per order, calculated at checkout. Lead time is around 4 to 5 weeks, with rush production and rush shipping available at an extra cost.

Yes. Use our online 3D design tool to pick a design, upload your logo, and add text, names, and numbers. You will see every change in real time in 3D before you order.
How long does it take to receive the custom sublimated backpacks?
The standard delivery time is 4 to 5 weeks. You can pay extra to get them in 3 weeks. We will send a final proof for your approval and this time frame is from the approval of the final proof. If you would like a rush order, please email us at support@hoopsking.com and we can quote you the rush fee.
How big are the backpacks and what material are they made of?
Backpack sizing is 22" (L) x 13" (W) x 20" (H) and they are made from Duraflex Polyester.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. With a first-time order the minimum number of backpacks that must be ordered is 8. After this initial order, you can order as few as 1 in the future, as long as the design stays the same. So for the next season you could use the same design and order new backpacks for the new players.
Can I just get one backpack?
You can email us at support@hoopsking.com if you would like to order less than the minimum.
Do you accept school purchase orders?
Yes, we accept school purchase orders for all items on our site. Just email your PO to support@hoopsking.com.
