What comes with my tent?
Your quote confirms the frame, printed canopy, selected walls and any accessories. Anchoring, carry options, tables and other items shown are not automatically included.
Can I use our own logo and colors?
Yes. Share your school or team artwork, colors and sponsor requirements. We’ll confirm the design with you before ordering. The photographed designs are examples.
What is the canopy material?
The current product specification lists 600D waterproof polyester with full-color dye-sublimation printing. Your quote confirms the selected frame and full specifications.
How much space should we allow?
The 10′ × 10′ footprint is 100 sq ft. Allow extra room for anchoring, walkways and equipment. The footprint is not an occupancy rating.
What is the lead time?
The current estimate is 7–10 business days for production and typically 2–3 weeks for total delivery. Tell us your event date; we’ll confirm timing for your order in the quote.
Can our school use a purchase order?
We accept official purchase orders from schools, districts and organizations. Include your purchasing requirements in the quote notes.
Can we return a custom tent?
Custom products are non-returnable. Review and confirm your artwork, colors, specifications and quote with our team before placing the order.
