I am an accredited sport psychology service provider with the Sport Ireland Institute (SII) and am also a member of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Science (BASES). In addition to this, I have over 20 years sports coaching experience ranging from child, youth and amateur level to elite adult level. I am also a Level 2 Coach Education Tutor with Coaching Ireland and have over 20 years experience working as a teacher of Physical Education (BSc) at second level in the Republic of Ireland.
