Description
In this lecture, coach Wilko gives us an overview how have they built up the training system and team around David, insights of the changes they have made to his training plan and preparations, specific info on a block training method, residual training effect and an interesting overview of how they plan the annual training structure - including examples of training stages, blocks, microcycles and preparation for the EIC Glasgow 2019.
