Rick Shields has over 15 years of experience coaching youth lacrosse and has won two state championships in the process. In this instructional course he will give you 14 of his favorite drills and skills to help every individual on the team. Some of the drills included are linebacker, scoop and shoot, the rodeo and the triangle offense. Served as Assistant Mens Lacrosse Coach at Connecticut College for two seasons in 1989 and 1990 while in graduate school. Head coach (and program founder) at Brattleboro High School (VT) from 1992-1996. Head girls lacrosse coach at Champlain Valley Union High School (VT) from 1998-2003, winning state championships in 2002 and 2003. Head boys lacrosse coach at South Burlington High School (VT) from 2004-2007.
