Rutgers head coach Steve Pikiell has built his success on a coaching strategy that is built around the use of a core of offensive concepts. Pikiell used those core concepts to build a consistent winner at Stony Brook University where his 2015-16 team went 26-7 and earned a bid to the NCAA tournament.
