Zero stars! I was robbed

I placed an order 12/30/24 and still have not received my jump trainer resistance bands. Customer service is essentially nonexistent. Please don’t order anything from this company. Don’t get scammed like I did. I have no product and no refund. There are other companies that make the same product.
