Level I features 15 different jumps and is the place for anyone to start that has not been jumping rope. These jumps are stationary. After your first workout, you will feel a difference in your legs, ankles, and feet. You can also use Level I jumps as conditioners to build your endurance. |

Level II jumps are more basketball specific as you will start moving down the court. Level II is for players who have mastered Level I. The great thing about this DVD, even though it's an Advanced Basketball Training DVD, anyone at any skill level can do this program. Ages 5 to 105 can benefit from this DVD. |
